What we're looking for

Strong Python fundamentals: you've shipped something real, even if it's personal
Familiarity with REST APIs, server-side frameworks, and at least one database
Curiosity about LLMs, agents, or AI systems; prior exposure is a bonus, not a requirement
Comfortable with Git and basic dev workflows
Pursuing or recently completed a CS, IT, or related degree
Clear communicator who takes feedback well and moves fast

Nice to have

Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone), or embedding models.
Built a project involving any AI/ML component doesn't need to be production (production adds to the brownie points).
Interest in healthcare, physio, or clinical tech.
