CMS Management: Set up and manage dynamic content using Webflow CMS.
Collaboration: Work with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality.
Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and search engines.
Testing & Debugging: Test across browsers and devices, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes as needed.
0.5-1 years of experience as a Webflow Developer with a portfolio of Webflow projects.
Proficiency in Webflow Designer, Webflow CMS, and Webflow hosting.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for web development.
Familiarity with integrations using Webflow's API, Zapier, or other third-party tools is a plus.
Exposure to Webflow frameworks like Finsweet Client-First, and an appreciation for clean, semantic HTML.
Familiarity with GSAP (timelines, ScrollTrigger).
Experience with CMS setups - multi-reference fields, Finsweet filters, nested/combined lists etc.
Some familiarity with Next.js/React or other frontend frameworks is a plus.
