Agentic ai engineer

Role Description

The Agentic AI Engineer will design, build, and optimize agentic and multi-agent AI systems that connect with enterprise data, tools, and workflows. In this full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad, the engineer will develop and deploy solutions using neural networks, NLP models, and retrieval-augmented generation to support intelligent agents and enterprise copilots. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and domain teams to understand business requirements, implementing robust software components and APIs, and integrating AI models into scalable, production-ready platforms. The role involves conducting experiments, evaluating model performance, refining AI workflows, and ensuring reliability, security, and compliance in deployed systems. The engineer will also contribute to architecture decisions, documentation, and best practices for responsible AI and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.

Proficiency in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for building and optimizing AI models.

Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for conversational agents, RAG solutions, and knowledge assistants.

Solid Software Development skills (e.g., Python, Java, or similar), including testing, debugging, and working with APIs and microservices.

Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow), and LLM tooling and orchestration.

Familiarity with data engineering concepts, MLOps/LLMOps practices, and deploying AI systems to cloud or on-premise environments.

Understanding of responsible AI principles, model evaluation, and governance in enterprise settings.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and work on-site in Hyderabad.
