We are looking for an

AI CRM Developer / CRM Automation Engineer

to help design, develop, and implement an AI-powered CRM that supports the complete business lifecycle. The role involves building intelligent workflows and automations across client onboarding, sales, contracts, billing, finance, and customer support.

The ideal candidate is a developer with strong coding fundamentals, genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, and the drive to experiment, innovate, and build from scratch in a greenfield environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AI-enabled CRM workflows from the ground up

Build and automate lead management, follow-up, and sales processes

Consolidate multiple existing tools (e.g. HubSpot) into a unified CRM platform

Develop workflows to automate client onboarding, contract management, and notifications

Integrate CRM systems with email platforms, Microsoft 365, billing/finance systems, and third-party APIs

Build AI-powered capabilities including assistants, agents, and document processing features

Explore and implement practical use cases involving LLMs and Generative AI

Develop dashboards and reporting workflows for sales, customer, and operational visibility

Document business processes and workflows; collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions

Must-Have SkillsPython — ability to write custom code and automation logic

SQL and database fundamentals

API development and third-party integration experience

Good-to-Have SkillsJavaScript / TypeScript

Azure / Azure OpenAI

HubSpot or other CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)

RAG, AI agents, or LLM implementation experience

Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate

GitHub portfolio with deployed AI or automation projects

What We're Looking ForHighly curious about AI and emerging technologies — actively experimenting beyond coursework

Strong development mindset: can build custom solutions, not purely reliant on no-code tools

Comfortable working in a greenfield, build-from-scratch environment with minimal hand-holding

Stable work history consistent with what they present

Willingness to work a fixed 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST shift (US team overlap required)
