Innomax IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for talented, curious and execution-oriented freshers who want to build real-world applications using Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI.

💼 Employment: Full-Time | On-Site

🎓 Experience: Freshers / Entry-Level

MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY

Candidates must have successfully completed the CCAF—Claude Certified Architect, Foundations—certification.

CCAF validates foundational knowledge of Claude, Generative AI application design, prompt engineering, tool use, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic workflows, responsible AI practices and the development of production-oriented AI solutions.

WHO CAN APPLY?

B.Tech, B.E. or an equivalent qualification in:

• Computer Science or Information Technology
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Data Science
• Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Other relevant engineering disciplines

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Strong programming fundamentals in Python, Java, JavaScript or C++
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and problem-solving
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning and Generative AI concepts
• Basic knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering and API integration
• Understanding of databases, Git and web-development fundamentals
• Basic exposure to cloud platforms and application deployment
• Ability to learn quickly and convert ideas into working solutions

GOOD TO HAVE

• Projects involving AI agents, RAG or LLM-based applications
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search
• Familiarity with tool calling, multi-agent workflows and AI automation
• Knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, Django, React or Node.js
• Experience with SQL or MongoDB
• Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
• Active GitHub profile, open-source contributions or hackathon participation

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• AI agents and agentic workflows
• LLM-powered enterprise applications
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems
• Intelligent automation and AI-integrated business processes
• HealthTech and FinTech solutions
• Web and mobile applications with embedded AI capabilities
• Internal products, client projects and proof-of-concept development

WHAT MAKES A STRONG APPLICATION?

CCAF certification is mandatory, but certification alone will not determine selection. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Strong programming fundamentals
• Genuine curiosity about AI systems
• Hands-on projects or prototypes
• Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn, build, test and improve continuously
