ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Android Developer at CryptoMize you will design, build, and maintain the Android applications our encrypted-product clients depend on — collaborating with UI and UX designers and security testers so each app is presentable, pen-test-clean, and in perfect working order at release. Design and development are one role here: the engineer who draws the module boundary also answers for its attack surface.

Android software development at this level means owning the platform relationship, not just targeting it. You will work with the frameworks Google ships — and against the assumptions they encourage — implementing encryption at rest, transport hardening, and obfuscation resistance that ordinary app development never asks for. Liaising with backend and security teams on API contracts and threat models is standing work, because the mobile client is where the product’s promises are either kept or broken.

Every senior mobile developer carries teaching weight: reviewing intern and junior commits, running the security-marked review culture, and feeding conversion decisions.
