Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Developer specializing in Real Estate & Facilities, you will design, develop, and support applications such as IBM TRIRIGA, and related frameworks and technologies. You will utilize your strong understanding of real estate and facilities management principles, as well as proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

Develop Application Components: Create and modify application components, integrating software packages, and working with various platforms to support real estate and facilities management.

Report Development and Interface Creation: Focus on report development, interface creation, data conversions, and enhancements using IBM TRIRIGA and related tools to meet business needs.

Software Integration and Support: Integrate and support software packages, ensuring seamless functionality and resolving technical issues as needed.

Apply Software Development Methodologies: Utilize software development methodologies and tools to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain technical expertise.

Enhance Application Functionality: Implement enhancements to existing applications, leveraging knowledge of real estate and facilities management principles to drive improvement.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Exposure to Software Development: Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools, with experience working on application development projects.

Real Estate and Facilities Management Principles: Strong understanding of real estate and facilities management principles, including experience applying these principles in a technical context.

IBM TRIRIGA and Related Tools: Experience working with IBM TRIRIGA and related frameworks and technologies, including report development, interface creation, and data conversions.

Application Component Development: Experience creating and modifying application components, integrating software packages, and working with various platforms.

Software Integration and Support: Exposure to integrating and supporting software packages, ensuring seamless functionality and resolving technical issues as needed.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
