Applied AI Engineer

What You Will Do

Build and deploy

production-grade AI agents

for enterprise workflows

Translate customer requirements into robust technical architectures and implementations.

Develop agentic systems using

LLMs, tool calling, APIs, business logic, and external integrations.

Build backend services using

Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and webhooks.

Apply strong practices in

prompt engineering, context engineering, evaluation, guardrails, and observability.

Work directly with product, operations, and leadership teams.

What We're Looking For

2+ years

of hands-on technical experience, ideally in

Conversational AI, GenAI, AI agents.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong

Python proficiency

is required, with a high bar for clean and maintainable code.

Experience with

FastAPI or similar backend frameworks, APIs, webhooks, and integrations.

Hands-on experience building

LLM and agentic AI applications,

including tool/function calling and multi-step workflows.

High ownership, low ego, and the ability to operate effectively as an

Individual Contributor.

Strong written

and

verbal communication skills,

including working directly with enterprise customers.

Great to Have:

Experience with

voice or conversational AI

in production.

Understanding of

telephony, SIP, PSTN, CCaaS platforms, call routing, and real-time audio systems.

Experience with

cloud infrastructure, RAG, tracing, observability, or agent orchestration frameworks.

Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as

CRMs, contact-center platforms,

healthcare systems.

Experience in a

customer-facing

engineering, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed role.
