Associate Programmer/Analyst - Teamcenter PLM

What You'll Do

Support Teamcenter applications, workflows, and product lifecycle processes.

Assist with Teamcenter configuration, customization, user administration, access controls, and workflow management.

Develop and maintain Teamcenter extensions, integrations, automations, and business process enhancements.

Support product data management, BOM management, CAD integrations, and engineering change processes.

Participate in testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, issue resolution, and platform support activities.

Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining quality, security, and data integrity.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Foundational programming skills using Java, C++, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies.

Understanding of software development fundamentals, databases, SQL, APIs, and object-oriented programming concepts.

Familiarity with enterprise applications, engineering systems, or workflow-based platforms.

Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning.

Preferred Exposure

Teamcenter, PLM concepts, product data management, BOM management, engineering change processes, or workflow automation.

CAD tools such as NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar engineering applications.

Enterprise integrations, Agile practices, Git, CI/CD, or software engineering best practices.

AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
