Associate Software Engineer

You will be paired with a senior engineer for your first months and every change you make is reviewed. We rotate freshers across product engineering, dashboards and client delivery in the first year so you learn the platform rather than one corner of it.

What You Bring:

B.E. / B. Tech / MCA - recent graduate, 0–1 year of experience.

Programming fundamentals: data structures, complexity, and why you would choose one approach over another.

Python to a working standard. You can build something small end to end without a tutorial open.

SQL and relational database basics.

A project you built yourself and can defend, including the decisions you would now make differently.

Git as a working tool, not a mystery.

You take thorough code review well - this is the single strongest predictor of how fast you grow here.

What Would Be Great to Have:

An internship with real production exposure.

Open-source contribution of any size.

FastAPI, React or Kotlin exposure.

Cloud, mobile or AI coursework taken on your own initiative.

Any AI-assisted development experience (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).
