Associate Software Engineer

What You’ll Do

Contribute to the design and development of React Native mobile applications

Build features that are scalable, maintainable, and intuitive for end users

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Participate in code reviews and apply best practices to improve code quality

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mobile and backend integrations

Assist in documenting technical solutions and supporting knowledge sharing across teams

Learn and apply modern frameworks, tools, and development standards

Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team efficiency

What You Bring

1+ year of software development experience

Strong foundation in JavaScript and/or TypeScript

Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts

Experience building or contributing to React Native applications

Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and state management (e.g., Redux)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices

Nice To Have

Experience with Capacitor or hybrid mobile frameworks

Exposure to ServiceNow platform or enterprise applications

Understanding of mobile-first design principles

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
