Automation & AI Trainee 1

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the design, development, and deployment of automation and AI solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and pain points.

Participate in the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of automation and AI systems.

Contribute to the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of existing solutions.

Provide support and training to end-users on the utilization of automation and AI tools.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in intelligent automation and AI.

CRITERIA FOR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (KPIS):

Successful implementation and optimization of automation and AI solutions within agreed timelines.

Demonstrable contribution to the design and development of efficient, data-driven business processes.

Effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing with cross-functional teams.

Positive feedback from end-users on the usability and impact of implemented solutions.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Qualification:

BE/BTech/BSc/MSc - Computer Science

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Knowledge of automation tools and technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation(RPA), AI, GenAI & IDP.

Understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.

SKILLS & QUALITIES:

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a team environment

Keen business acumen and understanding of operational processes and challenges

Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
