Proficient in creating and using Virtual machines, Volumes, VPC and common services on cloud platforms
Solid understanding of REST APIs and HTTP fundamentals
Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with Redis for caching
Strong problem-solving and coding fundamentals
Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
Understanding of backend design principles (statelessness, API versioning, error handling)
Good grasp of data structures and algorithms with ability to apply them in real-world backend problems (e.g., optimizing queries, caching strategies, rate limiting)
Awareness of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
## Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Not mandatory, but candidates with the following will be given preference:
Experience with React or Next.js or Golang
Familiarity with Docker and containerization
Understanding of microservices architecture
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
## What to Expect at Host360

Startup culture – flat hierarchy, ownership-driven, and impact-focused.
