Role Description

The Computer Professional role at Aimtec Point is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will manage and support computer systems, software, and hardware used in daily operations, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include writing and maintaining programs or scripts, supporting system integrations, and ensuring data security and backup procedures are followed. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to understand technical needs, providing basic user training on systems and applications, and documenting processes and solutions. The Computer Professional will work closely with other team members to improve technology use and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong programming skills, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain software or scripts.

Basic machining or hardware-related skills to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer equipment and peripherals.

Ability to teach or train users on systems, applications, and best practices in a clear and patient manner.

Relevant experience in computer support, IT operations, or a related technical role.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and non-technical users.

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with operating systems, basic networking, and data security practices is an advantage.
