Development Intern

Role Description

The Development Intern will support business growth and product enhancement initiatives at Zenup Health. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with software development tasks, supporting programming and testing activities, and helping analyze user and market data to inform product and business decisions. The intern will also contribute to communication with internal teams and potential partners, assist with sales-related outreach, and document processes and insights. This role offers exposure to both technical and business aspects of a mental health technology platform.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose data-informed solutions.

Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas concisely.

Candidates should possess software development and programming skills relevant to modern web or mobile technologies.

Candidates should possess sales skills, including comfort with outreach, relationship-building, and supporting conversion efforts.

Relevant coursework or experience in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field is beneficial.

Interest in mental health, health technology, or social impact organizations is a plus.

Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work in a structured on-site environment is preferred.
