Selected candidates will get an opportunity to learn and work with technologies such as

Python, Django and SQL

, gaining hands-on experience through real-world projects and direct interaction with customers.

This role is not limited to coding. It combines technology, implementation, customer interaction and product support. Candidates should be prepared for intensive learning and be willing to work at customer locations whenever project requirements demand it. After completing training, they should be capable of conducting product demonstrations, training end users and supporting implementation activities independently.

• Skills and Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

Strong interest in software development and emerging technologies.

Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

Familiarity with Python and Django.

Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Confidence in interacting with customers and end users.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannada.

Knowledge of additional languages such as Telugu and Tamil will be an advantage.

Positive attitude, discipline, commitment and willingness to work as part of a team.

Flexibility to travel and work at customer locations based on project requirements.

• Training & Career Development Programme

Phase 1: Training – 4 Months

The first four months will be dedicated to technical training and practical learning. No training fee will be charged to candidates during the training period.

Candidates will receive practical exposure to Python, Django, SQL and related technologies besides learning the application and preparing for implementation.

Training will include hands-on exercises and real-world project assignments.

Candidates will learn application development, database management, testing and deployment.

Professional skills, customer interaction and implementation practices will also be covered.

·      Candidates will undergo periodic performance evaluations during the training period and a final assessment at the end of training.

Candidates who successfully meet the company's technical and performance expectations will be considered for the internship programme. Completion of training does not automatically guarantee an internship.

If the candidate is found not suitable for the programme, the organisation has the rights to discontinue the training for that candidate. Similarly, high performing candidates will have the opportunity to grow faster.

Training Commitment Agreement:

Selected candidates will be required to sign a one-year training and service commitment agreement before commencing training.

If a candidate is not selected for the internship after completing the training programme, the agreement will become null and void, and no training-cost recovery will be applicable.

The detailed terms and conditions will be communicated before signing the agreement.

Phase 2: Internship – 6 Months

Candidates who successfully complete the training and meet the company's selection criteria will be offered a six-month internship.

·      Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of

₹10,000

.

·      Interns will work on actual product development and implementation activities.

·      They will gain exposure to live customer projects and deployment activities.

·      Performance will be evaluated based on technical skills, productivity, discipline, learning ability and project contribution.

·      Candidates demonstrating the required capabilities and contributing to live and revenue generating projects may be considered for earlier full-time employment before completion of internship.

Phase 3: Full-Time Employment

Based on performance, project requirements and organisational needs, successful candidates may be offered full-time employment with DataPower Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Salary will be determined based on technical competency, role, responsibilities, performance and project requirements.

The objective is to develop capable professionals who can independently contribute to software development, product implementation and customer delivery.

Our objective is not simply to provide technical training. We aim to help candidates transition from academic knowledge to practical industry experience, develop professional skills and become productive members of a technology team.

This opportunity is suitable for:

Fresh graduates looking to start a career in IT and digital technologies.

Candidates with educational backgrounds in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related disciplines.

Engineering Diploma holders with basic technical knowledge and a strong interest in software development.

Candidates from other educational backgrounds, including teaching and other professions, who wish to transition into the IT industry.

Individuals with prior work experience in other fields who have acquired basic knowledge of Python, SQL or Django through academic studies, professional courses or self-learning.

Candidates from non-IT backgrounds are also welcome, provided they have the required foundational technical knowledge (atleast SQL) and willingness to learn.
