Key Responsibilities

Application Development: Collaborate with the team to design and develop our state-of-the-art applications using the .NET framework for the backend and ReactJS for the user interface. You will play a vital role in creating reliable and efficient software solutions.

Bug Fixing and Optimization: Take ownership of identifying and resolving bugs in the application code, ensuring smooth operation and a superior user experience. Continuously optimize the codebase to enhance performance and maintainability.

Scrum Collaboration: Actively participate in Scrum meetings, contributing to effective communication and coordination among team members. You may occasionally lead these meetings to ensure progress is on track.

Team Management: Coordinate with multiple Scrum teams during the development process, fostering collaboration and ensuring the timely completion of projects.

Requirements Analysis: Analyze product specifications and provide valuable insights to shape high-quality features and improvements.

Cloud Infrastructure: Utilize Azure cloud services for application deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability in the cloud environment.

Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Power BI to analyze data, create reports, and provide valuable insights to guide data-driven decision-making.

Deployment and Version Control: Work with ADO build and deploy pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient application releases. Utilize version control systems to manage code changes effectively.

Agile Project Management: Utilize Scrum ADO boards to manage and track project tasks and progress, enabling the team to work collaboratively towards project milestones.

Cutting-edge Technology Integration: Play a crucial role in the integration of emerging technologies, such as machine learning and AI modules, into our applications, contributing to innovative and future-proof software solutions.

Requirements

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Software Developer, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the

.NET framework

for backend development and ReactJS for frontend development. Familiarity with Cosmos DB for database management is a plus.

Cloud Experience: Experience working with Azure cloud services and deploying applications on the Azure platform.

Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working with Scrum ADO boards.

Troubleshooting Skills: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve software issues.

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
