Embedded System Engineer

Role Description

The Embedded System Engineer will design, develop, and maintain embedded hardware and software solutions that support NA Diamonds’ manufacturing, quality control, and smart jewelry initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and testing embedded firmware, integrating sensors and electronic components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IoT-enabled systems for monitoring, tracking, and automation within the production environment. The engineer will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, optimize system performance, and contribute to documentation, safety standards, and continuous improvement projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close coordination with engineering, operations, and product teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test & debug

embedded systems and firmware

.

Develop firmware using

C/C++

for microcontrollers and embedded platforms.

Work with

microcontrollers, sensors, communication protocols, and electronic circuits

.

Integrate hardware & software and troubleshoot system-level issues.

Perform testing, debugging, and validation of embedded systems.

Work with protocols such as

UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and RS485

.

Read & understand circuit diagrams, datasheets, and technical documentation.

Collaborate with hardware, software, and engineering teams on product development.

Maintain technical documentation and development records.
