Strong understanding of Operating System fundamentals, including:

Strong knowledge of ARM architecture and instruction set (ARM ISA) desired
Proficiency in C/C++ programming along with debugging skills with WinDbg, JTAG are preferred.
Experience with debugging and performance profiling tools such as Windows performance analyzer, Vtune.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
Experience with Windows kernel-mode or user-mode driver development.
Knowledge of ARM Assembly programming.
Experience developing microbenchmarks and workload characterisation tools.
Hands-on experience with performance analysis tools such as:
Experience optimising industry-standard benchmarks, including:
Familiarity with GenAI-assisted engineering workflows, automation frameworks, and data-driven performance analytics, scripting.
Exposure to Windows-on-ARM platforms and performance tuning techniques.
