• Have actually built and shipped something
• Can write solid code and get things done
• Have genuine GitHub contributions / open-source work
• Know how to use Claude and AI coding tools to build faster
• Can understand, debug, test and own the code AI helps them write
• Can figure things out without being spoon-fed
• Want to work across the full stack
