Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) at Coldbrew, you will work directly with enterprise customers to design, implement, and refine AI-driven applications and agents using the Coldbrew platform. You will translate business workflows and requirements into robust system designs, implement back-end logic and integrations, and ensure solutions meet security, reliability, and compliance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, configuring and extending platform capabilities, troubleshooting production issues, and iterating on deployed solutions based on real-world feedback. You will also contribute to best practices, internal tooling, and documentation that make complex deployments repeatable and maintainable. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Strong background in AI/ML concepts and integrating AI agents into business workflows

Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-quality systems.

Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, integrations, and distributed services.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in modern codebases.

Experience deploying and operating software in enterprise or highly regulated environments is a plus.

Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders, translating plain-language requirements into technical solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment
