The role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will turn real business problems into working AI products.
You will speak with users, understand their workflows, build solutions using AI, APIs, databases and MCP, and take them from idea to deployment.
You’ll be responsible for
Building AI agents, workflows and integrations.
Taking products from an ambiguous brief to a working deployment.
Working directly with customers and learning from real usage.
Debugging problems across code, data and third-party tools.
Making practical decisions without getting blocked by non-critical details.
Turning customer solutions into reusable Progent capabilities.
You might be a good fit if

You understand coding basics such as databases, queries, APIs and MCP.
You have built an AI project at work, in college or for yourself.
You enjoy owning products end to end.
You take initiative when something is unclear or broken.
You communicate well with both technical and non-technical people.
