Full Stack Developer, Online Assessment Platform

Role Description

As a Full Stack Developer for the Online Assessment Platform at Atlas Learning | OKRs | Leadership | The B❒X, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support learning journeys, assessments, and coaching programs. In this full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, you will work closely with product, learning, and operations teams to translate business and user requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable features. Day-to-day responsibilities include building front-end interfaces, implementing back-end services and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring responsive, accessible user experiences. You will troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, write clean and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews and testing. The role also involves contributing to technical architecture decisions, supporting deployment and monitoring, and continuously improving the platform based on user feedback and analytics.

Qualifications

Strong front-end development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Hands-on back-end web development expertise, including server-side programming, RESTful APIs, and database design and integration.

Proficiency in full-stack development and software development practices, including version control, testing, debugging, and code reviews.

Experience building and maintaining scalable, secure web applications, ideally for SaaS or online learning/assessment platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Solid understanding of web application security, performance optimization, and responsive, user-centric design.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and analytics or reporting tools is an advantage.
