Do you get restless staying on one side of the stack? Would you rather own a feature from the database schema all the way to the pixel than hand it across a wall?
If you can write a clean API in the morning, build the interface that consumes it in the afternoon, and deploy the whole thing before you log off, this is the role.
We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our founding team at
MagicBI
. You'll have unusually wide surface area, very little process in your way, and direct access to the founders every single day.
What We
Need
?
Working knowledge of
React
and
TypeScript
, including component state and hooks.
Backend experience in
Python
or
Golang
— FastAPI, Django, Flask or Gin.
Comfort designing and consuming
REST APIs
, and modelling data in
PostgreSQL
or similar.
Familiarity with
Git
, and a willingness to own your own deployments on
GCP
or
AWS
.
Exposure to
LLM APIs
or AI-assisted development is a strong plus.
The instinct to unblock yourself and ask sharp questions when you can't.
What You'll
Do
?
Own features end to end — schema, API, interface and release — without waiting on a handoff.
Build and maintain backend services that move live data through the platform reliably.
Build the front-end surfaces where that data becomes something a person can act on.
Write and consume clean APIs, and keep the contract between the two halves honest.
Ship to production regularly, and stay on the hook for what you shipped.
Work directly with the founders on what gets built and in what order.
