Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain backend features using Python, Django and Django REST Framework.

● Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.

● Create and integrate REST APIs for communication between frontend and backend systems.

● Work with relational databases and contribute to designing and maintaining data models.

● Develop and manage asynchronous processes using Celery and Redis.

● Integrate third-party services (payments, communication tools, etc.).

● Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

● Contribute to deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).

● Write clean, maintainable code and participate in testing and code reviews.

Requirements

● 0–1 year of experience in full-stack development. Internships, academic projects, freelance work and substantial personal projects will also be considered.

● Working knowledge of Python (Django) and Django REST Framework (DRF), demonstrated through projects, internships or professional experience.

● Working knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML and CSS.

● Solid understanding of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).

● Experience with RESTful API design and frontend-backend integration.

● Familiarity with Redis, Celery, or similar background job systems.

● Familiarity with Git and basic exposure to Docker and CI/CD workflows.

● Strong problem-solving and debugging ability.

● Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and gradually own features end to end.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

● Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows, along with a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-powered integrations.

● Familiarity with Web-Sockets or real-time features.

● Exposure to microservices architecture.

● Experience with monitoring and analytics tools.

● Prior experience in start-up or product-driven environments.
