Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design a scalable data model covering manufacturing partners, sourcing vendors, contacts, documents, capabilities, approval stages, commercial terms, and related workflows.

Build complete features across the frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure.

Develop intuitive dashboards and workflows for partner onboarding, document management, approvals, sourcing, and vendor evaluation.

Build AI-enabled features for supplier discovery, vendor matching, data extraction, classification, and sourcing recommendations.

Design and maintain APIs, database migrations, indexes, access controls, and optimized queries.

Deploy and manage the production system using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Set up Docker-based environments, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, monitoring, logging, and backups.

Integrate the platform with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, document storage, e-signature, email, and accounting or ERP systems.

Ensure data security, system reliability, scalability, and cost-efficient infrastructure.

Work closely with internal users, understand existing processes, challenge assumptions, and support successful adoption of the platform.

Take ownership of troubleshooting, improvements, and ongoing product development.

Technical Skills

We are flexible about the technology stack, but you should have strong practical experience in at least one modern combination, such as:

Frontend:

React, Next.js, or an equivalent framework

Backend:

Node.js, Python with Django/FastAPI, Java with Spring Boot, or .NET

Database:

PostgreSQL, MySQL, or an equivalent relational database

Cloud:

AWS, Azure, or GCP

DevOps:

Docker, CI/CD, deployment environments, monitoring, and logging

Core skills:

REST APIs, SQL, schema design, migrations, indexing, query optimization, authentication, and role-based access control

Experience with AI/LLM APIs, workflow automation, OCR, document intelligence, vector databases, or supplier-matching systems will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of database and system design

Ability to independently deliver complete, production-ready features

Practical experience deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications

Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset

Ability to work directly with founders and cross-functional business teams

Confidence to question requirements and recommend better solutions with clear reasoning

Experience using AI-assisted coding tools responsibly, including reviewing, testing, and understanding generated code

Ability to explain how the system works and justify key technical decisions
