Graduate Trainee Engineer-PRODUCTION PLANNING , QUALITY, DESIGN AND PURCHASE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production / Manufacturing

Assist in day-to-day production operations.

Support machine operation planning and workflow improvement.

Monitor production activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Coordinate with supervisors to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

• Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Support incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation.

Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Work with the QA team to implement quality standards (ISO, 5S, etc.).

• Design & Engineering

Assist in preparing 2D/3D models and detailed engineering drawings.

Work on BOM creation, product design revisions, and engineering documentation.

Coordinate with the production team for design feasibility.

Use CAD tools such as AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo (as per company tools).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).

Year of Passing: 2023 / 2024 / 2025 (Freshers).

Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
