Key Responsibilities Lead the frontend development of enterprise-grade web applications using React.js Architect and build reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components Collaborate with product owners and backend teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Take full ownership of assigned modules from requirement to deployment Perform code reviews, suggest optimizations, and enforce best practices Continuously improve performance, UI/UX, and code maintainability Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and release planning Troubleshoot issues, debug, and deliver timely fixes Required Skills & Experience: 35 years of strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 Deep knowledge of state management (Redux, Context API), hooks, and performance tuning Experience building product-based platforms or SaaS applications Proficient in RESTful APIs, UI testing, and browser compatibility Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows Bonus: Knowledge of Next.js, TypeScript, or experience in full-stack (Node.js) What Were Looking For: A master coder who writes clean, modular, and scalable code An individual contributor who can take complete ownership with minimal supervision A solution-oriented mindset with attention to performance and usability Passionate about building impactful products in a fast-moving environment .
