Java Developer

Role Description

The Java Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The Java Developer will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing and integrating microservices, working with the Spring Framework, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as QA, design, and product. The role also involves participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and contributing to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Programming and Java, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Hands-on experience in Software Development, including application design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

Practical knowledge of Microservices architecture and related integration patterns.

Proficiency with Spring Framework and related technologies in the Java ecosystem.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, relational databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience with Agile methodologies and basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
