Javascript Developer

Role Description

The JavaScript Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The developer will design, build, and maintain web applications, collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and other engineers to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient JavaScript code, implementing front-end features, integrating with back-end services, and optimizing performance across browsers and devices. The role involves using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, working with state management tools such as Redux.js, and contributing to code reviews, testing, and documentation. The developer will also troubleshoot issues, participate in sprint planning, and continuously improve application architecture and development practices.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as Redux.js.

Front-End Development skills, including responsive UI implementation, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.

Back-End Web Development and Software Development experience, including working with APIs, data integration, and application architecture.

Understanding of web standards, HTML5, CSS3, and basic knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).

Ability to analyze requirements, write maintainable code, and participate in debugging and testing activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Effective communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work in a structured, on-site team environment.

Experience with Agile methodologies, familiarity with build tools and package managers, and awareness of security best practices is an advantage.
