Junior Full Stack Developer

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Good programming and problem-solving fundamentals. Basic knowledge of Python.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.

Basic understanding of Flutter/Dart or mobile application development. Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.

Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub or similar version control systems. Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Willingness to work across backend, web, and mobile technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python. Build responsive web applications using React.js. Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Integrate frontend and mobile applications with REST APIs. Work with databases and implement basic CRUD operations. Write clean, readable, maintainable, and reusable code. Debug application issues and fix defects. Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices. Work with Git for source code management. Collaborate with developers, QA, Business Analysts, and Product teams. Understand requirements and convert them into working features. Write basic unit tests and assist with application testing. Learn and adopt new technologies as required by projects.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

Knowledge of Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Hands-on experience with React.js through academic or personal projects. Experience building Flutter applications. Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL. Understanding of authentication concepts such as JWT/OAuth. Basic knowledge of Docker, Linux, or cloud technologies. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts. GitHub portfolio, internship experience, or independently developed applications.
