Junior Software Engineer – Product Development

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend features.
• Build REST APIs and work with databases.
• Work with network traffic, PCAP files, and protocol data.
• Debug product, networking, and application issues.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Work in Linux and use Git for development.
• Analyze logs and reproduce issues.
• Learn and work with OT/industrial protocols when required.

Qualifications

• Go and Python.
• Basic React / TypeScript / JavaScript.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, TCP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, ports, routing, and switching.
• Wireshark or tcpdump.
• Basic PCAP analysis.
• REST APIs and JSON.
• SQLite or PostgreSQL.
• Linux and Git.
• Basic cybersecurity and networking knowledge.
• Exposure to Modbus, OPC UA, S7, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, BACnet, DNP3, or IEC-104 is a plus.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
