Mobile Devloper Intern / Part Time Role

We are seeking a part-time iOS and Android Developer with expertise in React Native and hands-on experience publishing production-level apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of mobile development, from building and testing to deployment and monitoring. Full stack knowledge is a plus but mobile app development and deployment expertise is the core requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build, configure, and deploy apps on the App Store (Test Flight/Certificates/Provisioning Profiles) and Google Play Store (Gradle/Signing/Release Management).
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, third-party SDKs, and cloud services (e.g., Firebase, Azure).
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment (Fastlane, App Center, or similar tools).
• Implement and manage app analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring (Firebase Crashlytics, AppCenter, Sentry).
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness across varying devices and OS versions.
• Collaborate with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues quickly.
• Document deployment workflows, versioning strategies, and architectural decisions for maintainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of publishing mobile apps to both the App Store and Play Store.
• Strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in mobile build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle) and deployment workflows.
• Experience with Fastlane, TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, or similar release automation tools.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and platform-specific design guidelines.
• Ability to work with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrate with backend systems.
• Debugging skills and familiarity with performance optimization (profiling tools, memory management).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with native iOS (Swift, Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin, Java) for custom modules.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Firebase.
• Experience in managing app versioning, configuration, and A/B testing.

Compensation

1-2 weeks probation period then Expected Pay-Scale: About Rs 250+ per hour, processed monthly based on expertise (expected commitment 15–20 hrs per week).
