Operations & Management Trainee

Role Description

The Operations & Management Trainee role at Saruh is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. In this role, the trainee will support day-to-day restaurant intelligence operations, including monitoring platform performance, reviewing client data, and preparing operational reports. The trainee will assist in coordinating projects with internal teams, help streamline workflows, and contribute to process documentation. Daily responsibilities include supporting client onboarding, tracking operational KPIs, collaborating with sales and customer success teams, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. The role offers hands-on exposure to AI-driven restaurant analytics and a clear growth path into operations and management responsibilities.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with clients.

Foundational sales knowledge to understand client needs and support cross-functional initiatives.

Operations management skills to assist in optimizing processes and improving day-to-day workflows.

Basic project management skills to help plan, coordinate, and track operational and client-related tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Comfort working with data tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards; familiarity with SaaS or tech products is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a proactive, learning-focused mindset.
