First 2 weeks / 30 days / 60 days
We compress ramp-up aggressively. AI tools make understanding a codebase far faster than it used to be — we expect you to use them.
Week 1–2: Get set up, understand the codebase with AI assistance, and ship your first small fix or component. Get comfortable with our workflow.
Day 30: Take ownership of a feature end-to-end (wireframe to production) with guidance where required.
Day 60: Ship features with increasing independence, contribute to product decisions, and drive code quality improvements.
Beyond: Propose new ideas, own larger surfaces, and grow into a founding-team role if things click.
Logistics
Mode: Hybrid (Bengaluru preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates)
Time commitment: Full-time preferred, minimum 30 hrs/week
Reports to: Founder directly
Conversion: Strong performers will be offered full-time roles as firstbriq scales
