Robotics Developer Internship

Role Description

The Robotics Developer Intern will support the design, development, and testing of robotic systems and automation solutions in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in coding and integrating software modules, working on sensor integration and control algorithms, and contributing to the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept robotics applications. The intern will collaborate with engineers to debug and optimize robotic behaviors, document technical work, and participate in team discussions on system architecture and product improvements. The role also involves researching emerging robotics and AI technologies, preparing reports, and helping with demonstrations and trials for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Robotics and Process Automation, with the ability to apply these concepts to real-world systems and projects.

Solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving, debugging, and optimizing robotic performance and system reliability.

Proficiency or hands-on experience in Software Development, preferably with languages and frameworks commonly used in robotics (e.g., Python, C/C++, ROS).

Effective Communication skills to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, document technical work clearly, and present findings.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Embedded Systems is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to hands-on lab and field testing.

Interest in advanced robotics, human–robot collaboration, and building innovative solutions for industrial and societal applications.
