Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud)

This full-time Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud) role is a hybrid position based in the Pune Division, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility of some work-from-home. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, including building and enhancing Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components. Day-to-day tasks include configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and optimizing performance and usability for end users. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring that solutions support sales processes and reporting needs. The developer will also participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support, while following best practices for security, data integrity, and change management.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Salesforce.com Development, with a solid understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and Sales Cloud capabilities.

Candidates should possess skills in building and customizing Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, user management, security settings, and workflow automation.

Candidates should possess experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment in a professional software development environment.

Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly beneficial.

Experience working with APIs and integrations, basic knowledge of programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, or related technologies, and familiarity with agile methodologies are preferred.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting are essential.
