Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain business process automations using

Python and SQL

.

Develop and manage workflows using

Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, FastField and Asana

.

Integrate different systems and applications using

APIs and automation tools

.

Troubleshoot existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.

Use

AI models and AI-based tools

to improve process efficiency and automation.

Work with internal teams to understand requirements and develop practical automation solutions.

Test, monitor and maintain automation workflows to ensure reliability.

Document automation processes and provide basic technical support when required.

Requirements

Good knowledge of

Python and SQL

.

Understanding of

APIs and business process automation

.

Experience with

Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, FastField and Asana

is preferred.

Basic understanding or experience with

AI models and AI tools

.

Experience with

Cursor

is an added advantage.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and ability to understand business requirements.
