Strong understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and responsive design.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
