Software Development Engineer Intern

We are a small, engineering-driven team where interns work on real products and challenging engineering problems, rather than isolated academic projects. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience building production-oriented AI software.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer Intern who is curious about AI, enjoys building software, and wants to learn how modern intelligent applications are designed and engineered.

You will contribute to real product development across areas such as:

Full-stack software development

AI/LLM-powered applications

Backend services, APIs, and databases

Data and knowledge processing

AI agents and intelligent workflows

Evaluation and reliability of AI systems

Cloud-based application development

Testing, debugging, and improving production software

The exact projects and responsibilities will evolve as the company and products grow.

What We Look For

Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability

Good understanding of data structures and algorithms

Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, or similar

Familiarity with web development, APIs, databases, or software engineering projects

Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies

Ability to learn independently and work in a fast-moving environment

Strong ownership, curiosity, and attention to engineering quality

Good communication and willingness to ask questions and learn

Prior experience with LLMs, AI applications, cloud platforms, Git, React, Node.js, Python, or PostgreSQL is a plus, but not required.

Internship Structure — Graduates

The internship is for 6 months. Candidates who have completed their studies are expected to work 40 hours per week throughout the internship.

Internship Structure — Current Students

Phase 1 Part-Time: 15–20 hours/week

Flexible scheduling designed to accommodate college classes, assignments, and examinations.

Phase 2 Full-Time: 40 hours/week

Transition to a full-time internship schedule, with reasonable consideration for the candidate’s final-semester academic and project requirements, where applicable.

Stipend

A stipend will be provided throughout the internship and will be based on the applicable part-time or full-time engagement.
