Software Development Engineering in Test Associate

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of related experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed For Success

Hands-on experience coordinating end-to-end testing, UAT, and release readiness for platform capabilities, integrations, and insights.

Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. as well as CI/CD technologies (e.g. Bitbucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, Git, JUnit, Jira etc.) including designing, extending, and maintaining reusable framework components.

Detailed understanding of smoke testing, black-box, and non-black box testing, as well as regression testing.

Knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques, including unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing

Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools for test generation, self-healing locators, or intelligent test maintenance is a strong plus.

Experience in Software Development

Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, etc.)

Knowledge of Databases and SQL preferred.

Experience in writing sophisticated SQL queries.

Experienced in Agile/Waterfall, onsite/offshore work model and coordination.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
