Software Engineer AI Native (Python, Node.js & React.js) Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Work Mode: Full-time, In-office (4 Days) Experience: 25 years ## About Affluense Affluense is a Relationship Intelligence Platform that helps financial professionals discover HNI prospects, track real-time deals, and identify warm introductions using AI-powered insights. ## Role We're looking for a Software Engineer who can work across the stack and help us build and scale our AI and data platform. You'll work on: Building backend APIs and services using Python and Node.js Building responsive product interfaces using React.js Integrating AI models and external APIs into production workflows Building and maintaining data pipelines Working with MongoDB, SQL, and large-scale datasets Improving application performance, scalability, and reliability Cloud deployments, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD Taking features from idea to production and owning them end-to-end ## Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, and React.js 25 years of software development experience Experience building APIs, backend services, and web applications Good understanding of data structures, OOP, and system design Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms Comfortable working across frontend and backend when required Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership Good to have: Experience with AI/ML integrations, LLM APIs, data pipelines, fintech, wealth management, or working with large datasets. .
