As a Software Engineer, you'll join a collaborative team led by a Tech Lead and work across backend services, frontend applications, and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where you'll be responsible for designing, building, and delivering high-quality software while contributing to product innovation and supporting the growth of your teammates.

Day-to-day, you will:

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software across the F&B product portfolio, including backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and integrations.

Take end-to-end ownership of software quality, reliability, performance, security, and production support, following modern engineering and CI/CD best practices.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable solutions, contribute to architectural decisions, and deliver measurable value to customers.

Leverage AI tools throughout the development lifecycle and support engineering excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators

Deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing software that consistently meets production availability, latency, and security standards.

Drive engineering efficiency through frequent, high-quality deployments, reduced lead times, low change failure rates, and rapid incident resolution.

Uphold strong engineering practices, including code quality, reviews, documentation, security compliance, and continuous improvement of team standards.

Demonstrate effective use of AI-powered development tools as a routine part of the workflow while preventing recurring defects and contributing positively to team growth and culture.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Strong commercial software engineering experience with the ability to design, build, and support production systems across backend, frontend, and cloud environments, backed by solid coding, testing, CI/CD, API, and database fundamentals.

Passionate about AI-augmented software development, using tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Devin, or similar throughout the development lifecycle to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and solve problems effectively.

Comfortable working with modern technologies including C#/.NET, TypeScript/React, Java, Azure, AWS, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native architectures, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Strong understanding of software security and compliance, including authentication, authorization, secrets management, encryption, data privacy, and GDPR requirements, while contributing positively to engineering culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
