Roles & Responsibilities: Build and run large-scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant systems to ensure reliability and uptime.Monitor and optimize existing systems while building infrastructure and eliminating work through automation.Manage complex challenges of scale unique to Google using expertise in coding and algorithms.Ensure Google's services have reliability and uptime appropriate to users' needs with fast improvement rates.Keep watchful eye on systems capacity and performance to maintain optimal service delivery.Collaborate with diverse teams to solve problems and take risks in a blame-free environment.Work on scalability and storage solutions for large-scale applications and new developer platforms.Experience Required: Experience in software development, systems engineering, and working with large-scale distributed systems.
