Responsibilities

Learn and begin writing extensible, maintainable code, applying coding patterns and best practices.

Assist in debugging, testing, and proactively identifying issues using tools like logs, telemetry, and automated code analysis under oversight.

Support the development and testing of design options, understanding system dependencies, performance, scalability, and security fundamentals.

Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, learn coding standards, and begin reviewing peers' work.

Learn to incorporate AI tools responsibly across the software development lifecycle and review AI-generated changes.

Support security best practices, including code invariants, security testing, monitoring, and compliance efforts with direct guidance.

Collaborate with partner teams to ensure feature integration, end-to-end testing, and smooth deployment processes, escalating issues as necessary.

Work on call to support customers and resolve service degradation, downtime, or interruptions.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Associate's Degree or Apprenticeship in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ months work or internship proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
