Technical Analyst

Ensuring successful delivery of application upgrades for on-premise and cloud-hosted clients.

Job Description –

Participate in planning, design and implementation activities.

Ensuring successful delivery of application upgrades for Onpremise and cloud-hosted clients.

Providing timely support to all clients post-upgrade and ensuring that every email and case is attended to and resolved as soon as possible by following the escalation process.

Share knowledge and practical experience related to product/technical skills to continually improve the capability and effectiveness of the Services teams.

Provide accurate information to the Development team, as needed, to allow them to correct the software without having to refer to the originating customer

Collaborate with other departments such as Support operations, Engineering, QA, and IT to improve overall customer satisfaction objectives

Identifying, documenting, and discussing the known issues/bugs in the program meeting with various stakeholders and ensuring that the known issues/bugs are fixed with the subsequent release.

Resolving problems & issues within pre-set timelines, thereby developing the knowledge base and ensuring that the issue does not repeat.

Participates in teams and special projects to improve product, service quality and client satisfaction.

Required Skills -

Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work.

Good understanding of SQL DDL & DML queries, SQL server Backups.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of operating system, IIS, DNS, DHCP, AD.

Excellent Documentation and Technical writing skills.

Good to have Azure Fundamentals certification.
