ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Developer to design and build intuitive, responsive, and engaging interfaces for our web applications. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to transform complex workflows—such as proctored exam sessions, analytics dashboards, and student learning tracks—into seamless digital experiences that elevate
CrackTheCampus products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design clean, intuitive, and modern UI components for student assessment portals, admin consoles, and corporate recruiter dashboards.
- Build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes and clickable user journeys in Figma and Adobe XD for user testing and stakeholder walkthroughs.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions, user flows, journey maps, and low-fidelity wireframes using FigJam and Sketch.
- Create, edit, and optimize raster graphics, promotional banners, illustrations, and marketing visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Leverage modern AI-assisted design tooling (Figma AI) for rapid wireframing, layout exploration, and content generation.
- Create and maintain scalable Design Systems, component libraries, typography guides, and style guides across all CrackTheCampus digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate directly with frontend engineers to ensure design fidelity during implementation, translating Figma tokens into clean, responsive HTML/CSS and Tailwind code.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to optimize user flows and reduce drop-offs across assessment and onboarding funnels.
- Design responsive layouts optimized across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports with strong adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on UI/UX design and frontend prototyping experience (portfolio showcasing web applications, dashboards, or SaaS products required).
- Expertise in Figma and Figma Prototyping (components, auto-layout, interactive states, design tokens, and variant systems).
- Strong proficiency with FigJam for wireframing, architecture mapping, and user journey design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop for visual editing, asset optimization, graphic creation, and image manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, and Canva for rapid prototyping and collateral design.
- Familiarity with Figma AI workflows for rapid wireframing, content generation, and layout exploration.
- Solid foundational understanding of frontend implementation constraints (HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind CSS, flexbox, grid, responsive breakpoints).
- Strong visual design sense: typography, layout hierarchy, color theory, iconography, and micro-interactions
