Team Overview
Seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Engineer who can combine user-centered design expertise with modern front-end development capabilities. The role is responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences and transforming those designs into responsive, high-performance applications. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Core Responsibilities
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs.
Create information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces aligned with product and brand guidelines.
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and reusable front-end components.
Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
UI/UX Design
Strong experience in:
Proficiency with any design tools.
Front-End Development
Strong proficiency in:
Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Knowledge of front-end architecture, state management, and API integrations.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
