About The Role

We are looking for a Web Developer with strong Webflow skills and a solid understanding of frontend development.

Webflow will be an important part of the role, but this is not a Webflow-only position. You should be comfortable taking Figma designs and turning them into polished, responsive websites in Webflow, while also understanding what is happening underneath the visual builder.

You should be comfortable working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend tools, and be able to jump into projects using Astro, Next.js, or Sanity when needed.

We're especially interested in someone who likes figuring things out beyond the immediate task. That could mean using Claude or Cursor to solve a development problem, connecting an API, automating a repetitive workflow, building a custom interaction, or finding a faster way for the team to ship.

You do not need to be an expert software engineer. But you should be technically curious, comfortable around code, and interested in becoming the kind of developer who can work across Webflow, frontend development, AI tools, and automation.
