Web Development Intern — 3-Month Project-Based Internship

What You'll Do

Build

up to 3 industry-specific demo websites

during the internship.

Create modern, responsive, and professional UI/UX based on the target industry.

Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.

Develop, test, debug, and deploy websites as required.

Implement feedback and improve project quality.

Submit a

daily progress report

.

Attend a

weekly face-to-face review meeting in Pune

.

Receive technical guidance and support from the Kriya team whenever required.

Project Structure

Up to

3 projects in 3 months

Each project should generally be completed within

1 month or earlier

The next project may be assigned after successful completion and review of the previous project.

Projects are

demo/showcase projects, not necessarily live client projects

.

Compensation

Up to ₹3,000 per successfully completed project

Up to

₹9,000 for 3 projects

Payment will be made

at the end of the 3-month internship

This is a

project-based structure and not a monthly stipend

Eligibility

Students, freshers, recent graduates, and self-taught developers can apply.

Must currently

reside in Pune

.

Must have already completed

3–5 web development projects

.

Must be able to provide a

GitHub profile or portfolio

.

Should be comfortable working remotely and attending weekly in-person meetings in Pune.

Must be able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Skills

Required:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Responsive Web Development

Good to have:

React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, APIs, databases, Git/GitHub, Tailwind CSS, UI/UX.
